Thetford Spiritualist Church - The Small Court Guildhall, Market Square, Thetford

The Church is run by an Administrator and a small team of dedicated people. Services are held in the Small Court, Guildhall, 1 Market Square, Thetford on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.

The Purpose of the Church

The purpose of the church is to prove life after death, so as to bring comfort to those who are suffering through bereavement and ill health

Healing

Healing is available after each Church Service and at the Riversdale Centre by Suffolk Healers. The times are Mondays 7.30pm to 9.00pm and Thursday Mornings 9.30am to 11.00am Ask Susan or James for details.

Membership

The Church does not have an official membership system. You are a member of the Church if you come regularly and consider yourself a member.

Are Spiritualist Churches Recognised?

Spiritualist Churches are recognised and able to carry out the functions expected of a church. You can get named(Baptised), married and have a funereal service in a Spiritualist Church, You just ask the church Administrator for details

Funding

The church funds come, almost entirely from the collection. This pays for the hire of the hall and the expenses of the medium. Usually the amount collected barely covers the expenses. So it is important that people are generous with their offerings
